Kelly M. Laurine currently serves as President, R.K. Executive Consulting, LLC. In her role, Kelly oversees and engages in all services provided by the company to customers in the public and private sector to include: strategic planning, executive coaching, leadership development, business process improvement, communications, speechwriting, board development and facilitation.


Prior to launching her company, Kelly was a career intelligence officer serving in key positions across the US Intelligence Community and Department of Defense to include: Congressional Affairs and Executive Officer for the Central Intelligence Agency; Communications and Executive Officer for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency; Legislative Liaison for the United States Transportation Command; Communications Consultant to the Defense Intelligence Agency; Business Process Improvement Consultant to the National Security Agency; and Confidential Assistant to the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Public Affairs. Kelly started her career as an intern for the Senior Advisor to the President, Karl Rove.


In addition to her professional experience, Kelly strongly believes in giving back to her community and currently serves as Chairman of the IT Board of Advisors for Georgia Southern University, Vice Chairman of the St. Joseph Catholic School Advisory Board and Treasurer of the Board for Catch the Wave of Hope, a nonprofit working to end human trafficking. Previously Kelly served as: Vice Chairman of the Board and Chief Financial Officer for AIDS Athens, Vice Chairman of the Board, Vigilant Hope, as an advisor to the Southern Women’s Leadership Institute, a member of the Holy Trinity Catholic School Board, a mentor with the St. Louis Regional Business Council and outreached to veterans with the Federal government’s Wounded Warrior Program.


Kelly graduated cum lade from the College of Notre Dame of Maryland, received in-depth training in conflict resolution and negotiation from Michigan State University, is Change Management certified by the St. Louis University College of Business and is certified in basic mediation and as a Guardian ad Litem for the Georgia Superior and Juvenile courts. She resides in Jensen Beach, Florida with her husband, Dr. Robert H. Laurine, Jr, her son Jack, daughter Annie and has two grown step-daughters Stephanie and Rebecca.
